At Shrung, we aim to deliver your handcrafted rakhis safely and on time, especially during the Raksha Bandhan season.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery Time:
- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days across India
- During peak Raksha Bandhan season, delivery may take slightly longer due to high order volume — we recommend ordering at least 10–12 days before the festival.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to track your package.
Delivery Areas:
We currently ship across India. [Agar international shipping bhi karte ho toh add karo: "We also offer international shipping to select countries."]
