Refund policy

At Shrung, every rakhi is handcrafted with care, and due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shrung.com@gmail.com along with a photo/video of the product. We will review and offer a replacement or resolution as applicable.

Note:
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before confirming, as we are unable to process changes once the order is shipped.
